Auto-feeds screws to the bit and can support deep or tight fastening positions where a fixed head may be difficult to use, subject to project evaluation.
The push-pull handheld machine (XZ-1) is the push-pull-bit version of our handheld driver, designed for products with tightly spaced or deep screw holes. Unlike down-press bits, the push-pull bit feeds forward and pulls back — entering deeper, narrower holes without alignment problems.
Screws auto-feed to the bit, which can reduce manual screw picking during suitable applications. For small-batch and varied production, it can be a practical entry point to evaluate; performance depends on the workpiece, screw, operator process, and project validation.
Reaches deep holes and tight spacing that down-press heads cannot.
Feeds screws to the bit automatically; suitability and operating results are validated for the application.
Switch screw diameters directly within range, no changeover.
Detection and process checks can be specified according to the application and agreed acceptance criteria.
