Overview

What it is

The multi-axis fastening machine drives several screwdrivers at once, completing all screws in a defined zone in a single cycle. It is the workhorse for high-volume lines where takt time is the constraint — appliance compressors, motor housings, power-tool bodies, and robot bases.

Built around a classic vertical structure, the platform has evolved into fixed, intelligent-flip, push-pull displacement, and horizontal variants to handle different product geometries and automation levels — from a standalone workstation to a fully integrated cell.
